Yalor. Nothing to hide, no harm in declaring. Only people who want to "colour outside the lines" will think about not declaring, etc.

 

And if one genuinely doesn't know and wants to clarify the law, the most transparent and safest way is to write directly to the regulatory authority. Email also can. At least that way, everything is in writing.
