Beside inspection, can i also renew my road tax at the same time after clearing the inspection? You can opt in early upon recieving LTA inspection notification letter. You can renew your road tax only upon inspection center submitting you car's inspection cert. Inspection cert only valid for 3 months, don't go inspection too early otherwise you'll have to go inspection again 3 months later if your road tax is not due yet. About the road tax, you should only wait for the notification for you to renew road tax, because u need the notification, the road tax disc is part of it. How's your insurance cover period? Hi Bro, because my schedules will be very pack for next year. Insurance shouldn't be a issue as the contact only started last month october period. the validity and coverage is definitely more than 6 months. my inspection and road tax renewal is due next year feb which is like 3 months from now. so my initial tot is to go for early inspection, renewal of road tax. Best to still do the inspection after you receive the notification, or within the 3 months window. I just went last week after receiving the notice. My road tax expires in Jan.
