Not on watchlist doesn't mean is reputable. Can also mean haven't got caught.

My skeptism rating is very high so I always ask myself some questions.

- If so profitable how come they must travel across the world to find buyer?

- If really so profitable, how come they big players don't get involved?

- How do I know I am not buying the USA / Canada version of Tuas?

- Unlike S'pore, foreign land is literally as wide as the horizon. Are you sure that particular patch will huat?

The secret to making money is to tell everyone you know how to make money.

Then when they pay you money to learn how to make money, you tell them this is how you make money [laugh]

Or looking it at another way:

If someone already has a sure win money making formula ... why does he/she need to organise seminars to

1. earn income from it?

2.Teach someone else the winning formula?

That expert is better off just happily working that formula ... unless, of course, that 'formula' is to con people to pay him for simple-to-preach-but-impossible-to-execute airy advice

There are lots of dubious experts out there. Some so-called gurus never had much success before they became gurus but people believe their words like gospel.

Maybe next time we will have a virgin guru who can teach people how to be sex god [laugh]

Well that's true, but means they have not been caught for 30 years, so at least they have a better track record, but for me I still won't invest, cos I won't invest in things that I do not fully understand and lack transparency

That's why I said heard and not confirm, if any of clients ask me I would encourage them to due their due diligence as I am not Walton

Bernie Madoff also managed to stay uncaught for many years. If not for epic events beyond his control, he may still be uncaught.

Speaking of uncaught, the angmo couple in charge of profitable plots is S'pore managed to run road. <_<

This is the kind of news that is stunning, even to a High Court Judge.

Geraldine and John Nordmann, husband and wife directors of land banking company Profitable Plots, were supposed to attend a verdict hearing but were not present as they were both allowed to leave the country.

High Court Judge Choo Han Teck said in disbelief:

Agree.

Anything which do not give you time to think and consider, and need your immediate commitment. will not be a decent good deal.

Homework is very important.
