Normally, I do not avogate such action, but in this case, if the lorry ease the brake a little later & knock to the GTR, he can always say, he didn't catch it as its too sudden. The TS will have video to prove GTR dangerously cut into his lane, & lorry driver will not have to pay his insurance.

 

Send a huge repair bill to the GT-R & increase premium for him for his dangerous driving.

Well, to be fair the lorry driver won't know that TS had a video camera recording the entire incident, and

 

Under BOLA, GTR wins.

 

GTR can claim that there was a obstacle in the road and he slowed down in order to try and change lane, etc etc etc many ways the GTR driver can prata his story to say that the lorry did not keep safe distance. In the end, lorry still loses, insurance wins.

The GTR driver did drove with two wheels on each lane. This is the road-hogging I meant.

A hand signal is correct as the GTR is too far forward

 

to see the lorry rear light signal.

GTR went straight on a right turn only lane....so even if the lorry side swipe him after the lights.. most at most 50-50... wat an idiot the GTR is.. for his car, he could have easily let the lorry come in and overtake him after the lights...

very clear that tis GTR driver thinks tat lorry driver good to 'eat' try ask him go sqeeze with prime mover or trailer see he got balls to sqeeze tem anot, some trailer they will just ocuppy yr lane due to their car size even they touch yr car they won't suffer much damage oni minor sretches, sometimes when turning at junction i won't turn beside tem oso, they makan lane specially their with those container their center sure goes into the lane, but GTR oneday goin to get into serious problem if he keeps on driving tis way.......

GTR driver needs to be given a lesson in basic physics. Momentum = mass times velocity.
