Ur merc juz got Toyota-ed!

I just had a horrifying experience with my C180 earlier. Was driving off from parking lot in the basement of my office building, the C180 suddenly just accelerate at high speed when moving up the curve slope to get out of the car park. Stepping on the brakes did not stop the car. I thought I was going to crash into the wall. The front left of the car scraped against the wall of the slope and finally stopped at the top of the slope. Any Merc driver here has experienced this with their car ? What could be wrong ?

Check your floor mat, many Merc driver put 2 floor mats together, sometime the top mat may not put properly,so pressing against the pedal.

no offense but i think you may have stepped the accelerator when you wanted to get on the brakes.
