Recommended Posts

350ml of low fat milk and 1 scoop of whey protein every morning for past 10 years.

 

Keeps me in shape.

Brown rice porridge my wife cooked. FREE.

 

 

 

Maybe not free.... I still got to pay for the brown rice, water and electricity to cook ^_^
