Sorry for late reply.

1st visit - agree on price, color and design. If they have your car seats template, you can decide which date to leave car for installation. Pay downpayment.

2nd visit - leave car in the morning, collect car in the evening. If satisfied, settle full payment, drive away. Come with two free leather treatment within 12 mth.

P.S. do your homework before 1st visit for design, color scheme etc from various vendor websites to suit your taste and car.

For auto classic...you can ask them to take out the existing seat leather to take measurement and make the new set.....they will put some lousy old seat leather cover on your seat so you can still drive the car when the new set in production.......Bear in mind, the temp cover may not smell nice but what the hack....just inconvenient for a few days, at least still can drive the car......Once they are done with the new set...fix a time to go down and they will install the new leather within a day.. ....of course if your car is common and they had the template ready.........no need to go through this trouble.............just my experience...
