Air Con Fan Changed at <50K km mileage?

This ad selling a 2004 Sunny caught my attention. The mileage is super low for a 7-yr old non-OPC car (6000+ km a year....is tat possible?)....but yet the air con fan has been changed. Any experts out there to comment on whether the air con fan is so fragile?

my guts feel, ....99.99% bull..... i used to live in AMK, work place AMK and 1-2 times a year to kl/genting trip, and i cloked some 30K in 3yrs on previous vios,... that work out to 27km/day usage in average.... this sunny 18.5km/day ave usage is really amazing if it's real.....

But sometime, things just spoilt without 'warning'.

Be it how often or how not often you use it I guess.

 

Maybe e buyer to be for this vehicle can share w us what really is going on. :p
