Advice on rattling seat

Car about 4 yrs old mpv. I noticed the second row seat rattles when car is idle with aircon on or if there's slight vibration. The problem is it, even though the rattling sound is not loud but after a while it gets annoying. Any bros here can advice a solution to this. I feel like dismantling the seat and tighten all the screw joints but its too time consuming, or maybe should I just replace new one?

Can it be the idling speed of the engine is too slow already? If so then the seat and aircon will reverberate with the new frequency. Try to chk thoe idling speed first lah. Rip out yr seats too troublesome liao

not easy to spot the trouble area......need to sit in the car and listern hard....but most of the time it is coming from the safety belt
