if that was true then why is it i see roadworks everywhere where new MRT lines and stations being built

 

 

the fact is they are improving the infrastructure - but it cant be done overnight - try to be a bit patient

That's a myth I think has been debunked.

 

FT/immigration can always be used to maintain about the same size of population even with a low fertility rate.

 

Someone has decided low fertility is too good an excuse to and not use FT/immigration to unnaturally increase population instead.
