Onewhitesparrow Neutral Newbie July 10, 2013 Share July 10, 2013 (edited) Do not use Elite Movers. The owner is a pain to deal with. Endless email correspondents and always came back with short answers. For my case, since it was a relatively small move, boxes and 2 pieces of furniture, the owner probably felt like it was not worth his time, so his anwers to my inquiry were always short. In the end, I asked him point blank, if it was actually worth his time, and guess what, he came back and asked me to look for another mover. Elite movers - what a snobbish business owner. Icedbs Turbocharged October 19, 2013 Share October 19, 2013 Can anyone recommend some good house movers? I experienced one (KC Dat or something like that)...they were terrible, damaged many of my stuff. KC Dat is quite "high end" just like Collin Movers, their price not cheap....you should really ask for some sort of compensation if they broke your stuff. When comes to movers, try to go for the mid-price ones...please don't go for cheapest. The cheapest one sometimes will hassle you more for $$$ when the entire team is in front of your door. Shalom is pretty ok....mid-price type and gets the work done without too much hassle.

When I came back home from work, I found the broken piece left in the corridor outside my new house, nobody informed, their boss don't answer my call. Also the boss bluff me their vehicle is 15footer, bigger than other companies using 14footer. ↡ Advertisement
