Looks like a total write off.

Re-course is to file a claim under own insurance. To claim from HDB they have to prove that HDB fault not to take care of the tree planted in their estate causing the accident. If really one suay suay kenna....talk to the insurance company lor....pay they die die have to pay one....but this is no fault of the owner...so see if the insurance company's lawyers are proactive to counter claim against HDB OR insurance happy happy go load the poor driver premium.

HDB should out of goodwill offer life time free season parking for the owner.

probably outsourced to a vendor to plant the trees.. if that's true, hdb/npark will get the vendor's insurance to compensate.

They will pass the buck around lah...the last person to catch the ball die.

For the owner...his concern is pass it to his insurance coy to process...then insurance pay him...insurance claim HDB...HDB throw to vendor...vendor to main contractor...main contractor throw to sub contractor...and so on...

The joke will be if the owner is somehow the last person to catch the ball...hahahahahahahaha....(eg...he is the landscaping company that does the estate's landscape works.)

How dare they push the blame and their negligence to God! Let's look for news on certain Singaporeans being strike by Lightning in the next few days.

That is why I never like to park my car under a tree regardless whether is it rain or shine. Rain scare the tree or debris from the tree fall onto car. Shine scare birdshit dirty the car.
