Come on people!! MCF is a great place for discussion of Anything on Earth.

 

I would like to start up this topic for people to share their food hobby, where you had your best meal.

 

I make it a simple one, not too many varieties, but some of the locals frequent meals.

 

Let me start off my personal favorite and friens in here input yours......... we share good things

 

so next time we all have more place to eat.

 

Bah Chor Mee

 

-Hill Steet Tai Hua Pork Noodle

 

Wan Tan Mee

 

-Hwa Kee Wan Tan Mee

East Coast Park Lagoon Food Village

 

Chicken Rice

-Boon Tong Kee Balestier Road

 

Roasted duck & Siew Bah Char Siew

- Kovan hawker, stall name Bedok something........

 

Rojak

-

Oh yes, this is very nice too!!!

 

But they got no regular time operating. Sometimes they can even closed for 2 weeks.

 

Was told that they only get their fish from Indo fishmonger.

I dun restrict myself to just local Chinese cuisine. Too many to list. I'm also into local Indian, Peranakan and Malay dishes.

Laksa is a dish that I cannot let go in this life time....whenever I traveling oversea, I will bring some instant laksa noodle....after I touch down singapore, I will go for a nice hot spicy laksa....and must always....add more hum..... [thumbsup] and bean spout....

i like noodles more than others..but for non-local i love french cuisine [:)]

BAI MEE FEN @ opp sembawang shopping center (1130am-1030pm, wed close)

 

 

EAST AREA

腰只面线 @ Changi Road (can park opp temple free, 5pm-4am daily!)

I think good for food lovers. Because we tend to stick to our favorite stalls, so at least we have a chance to try out others. Keep going friends!!!!

Hill Steet Tai Hua is one of the famous one...

 

 

some others are:

 

Ah kow at Hong Lim

 

cant remember the name but the second stall at blk 85 Bedok hawker ctr

 

there is one at toa payoh also.. opposite blk 86

The mee fen cook with prawns, sotongs, vegs, eggs best u eat there, cos wet wet one [inlove] , if pack home dunno will dry up anot.

If im not wrong, ranging from $4-$12 ($12 can share among 4-5pax i think).

It's quite a small makan place, weekend quite pack.

Can emphasize friend? I mean TPY is so big, at least share the Block or what hawker is it in! Thanks!!!
