Kyrios Turbocharged September 19, 2011 Share September 19, 2011 Hi bros..recently one of my colleagues commented I was beginning to have a spare tyre..despite exercising a few times a week..guess this is a by product of middle agedness. Will like to find out if any bros tried the above formulations and lost the ring of fire around the waist? That's because they eat more than exercise! As one age, I think some fats around the waist is inevitable (even when one exercise a lot) , but it should never be a tummy or a beer belly. Ordinary NS style situps and crunches lor..doesnt seem to help with the fat accumulated by the sides of the waist..maybe the front they do help..so considering other alternatives..any middle unker with same problem? Crunches and sit ups are useless. They just make ur abs bigger , U just need to watch your diet. Most people I know that take these pills become slim but they put on the weight and more because after stop the pills they eat the same amount of food.
