Hi guys,

Understand powerpoint 2007 has the function for doing up an organisation chart under SmartArt.

However, does anyone know if there is a more complex function which enables the user to expand information which may not be required to be viewed at first glance? For example, CEO - James Tan, if I click on his icon, I will be able to view additional information such as Age, Contact Number, etc.

Thank you very much in advance for any help rendered. Appreciate it.

Many ways, one is to hyperlink a text box. Another is to copy and paste the whole slide page and hyperlink the box so when u click it jumps to the new page, new page should have your additional info, in your new page make sure any clicks anywhere bring you back to original page and repeat for others. There r also other ways la, just to lazy to teach.... [laugh]
