I am accumulating it as the price comes down.

Especially after I hear the news that FED and some central banks are trying to bail out Europe. This is the worst they can probably do. Now, they will all crash in one sweep.

IF SNB needs to liquidate GOLD to protect CHF,

what can you liquidate to protect your GOLD?

Lets all hold our cash properly til next FY. Just like in 1997, alot just dump their $$$ into stocks and shares hoping to make a profit out of it and ends up losing their house, boats and nice cars...

SNB? They can liquidate all the gold they want.....and I wouldn't care a bit! They are not going to impact the world gold market.

And why would I want to protect my gold? If it goes down, I will want to keep buying it.

I started buying gold in 2002 when nobody even know there is this thing called gold savings account.

It will never happen.

Printing money will keep the economy going.

Singaporeans no money to buy properties? The rich Chinese and Malaysian will come and grap the cheap properties.

Just like when London and aussie properties were cheap in the late 90s, many singaporean went to buy it.

The only time properties go down is when Singapore is finished!!

Do anyone here want to see that happen? I don't think so.

Therefore...subconsciously....the citizens are hoping the emperor and son will keep the song and dancing on and on.

No worries....the force is strong.

I am getting my first private property for investment soon. I am vested

do you have property for sell ? :D

whether property go up or go down does it make any difference when you oready tied to a loan? I guess the worrying part is do you still have a job or a secured income to finance it.
