Orangie Neutral Newbie April 23, 2016 Share April 23, 2016 Taken off the promotion page sgcarmart.. There's a Chevrolet for everyone! Book a Chevrolet at special promotion price and receive: - 5 years unlimited mileage warranty. - $400 fuel vouchers. 400 - 3 years free servicing. 1500 - 2 years road tax. 1208 - 1 year insurance^. 1500 The Cars@Expo Singapore Expo hall 4 & 5. 23 - 24 April 2016 (Saturday & Sunday) 10am-8pm. ^1 year insurance capped at $1,500. Visit the Chevrolet booth at Singapore Expo this weekend. So, savings from the promotion is almost 5k. That would bring down the price to ~101k. COE went up by 2.6k during the last exercise. Effectively means AM is selling it at the same price as 100k. my 2cts

Morgan01 Neutral Newbie May 1, 2016 Share May 1, 2016 Where can I buy 5x115 wheels to fit the Orlando bolt pattern in SG?
Tinytok 1st Gear May 1, 2016 Share May 1, 2016 Yup. DIY the leather kit would cost roughly 30 bucks and 45 mins of your time. http://postimg.org/image/wx0mrp3ep/Maybe i am slow, took me 4 hours.
Ken_leong 2nd Gear May 1, 2016 Share May 1, 2016 Yup saw that. The led headlight looks nicer than the current ones There's the led type head lamp from eBay. Not sure if it will fit. But the led tail lights definitely can.... If you don't mind the price. . Where can I buy 5x115 wheels to fit the Orlando bolt pattern in SG? I was looking for it too when I just got the car. Most shops don't have this pcd on hand. While some said need to indent.
Morgan01 Neutral Newbie May 1, 2016 Share May 1, 2016 I have been advised by most shops to go with 5x114.3, a tighter fit but was told safe and can fix.

Ken_leong 2nd Gear May 1, 2016 Share May 1, 2016 I have been advised by most shops to go with 5x114.3, a tighter fit but was told safe and can fix. Most of them carry the 5x114.3 for jap and Korean cars. I would say the same if I want your business. But I agree with the insurance part. So safest bet is to get a shop to indent for you the rims in 5x115. You can upsize the rims too. Just change tyre profile.

If Front Head Lamp change to face lift version with LED DRL, would the warranty or insurance impact or void? Do you think that need to change to bigger battery to support new DRL Lamp? Biglittlebean 3rd Gear May 2, 2016 Share May 2, 2016 If Front Head Lamp change to face lift version with LED DRL, would the warranty or insurance impact or void? Do you think that need to change to bigger battery to support new DRL Lamp? My understanding is that the facelift version will not fit our current Orlando. Circuitry also some compatibility issues. There are some third party installers who can install DRL on our current headlamps, but definitely will void warranty and may not be LTA-friendly. Ken_leong 2nd Gear May 2, 2016 Share May 2, 2016 (edited) My understanding is that the facelift version will not fit our current Orlando. Circuitry also some compatibility issues. There are some third party installers who can install DRL on our current headlamps, but definitely will void warranty and may not be LTA-friendly. As the saying goes when it comes with modding... Wanna mod, don't be afraid of voiding warranty... If scared of voiding warranty, then don't change anything. If modding makes you happy when you see the car, then just do it. Life's short so we have to make ourselves happy once a while. For DRL, you can check out DRGlass on FB. I not helping him to promote. Went to him for my SIL windscreen repair and saw that he did DRL and headlight restoration too. Just find his skills in repairing bullseye on my SIL car good. Saved her the money of changing an entire windscreen. And in case some of you guys don't know yet. Your warranty is void if you send your car for servicing after 6 months from the last servicing date. I think it's reasonable since we want them to honour their warranty to us, we too need to do our part. Saw that recently at the on the desk of a service agent recently. So be early and don't be late for servicing. Edited May 2, 2016 by Ken_leong ↡ Advertisement
