Pepe Clutched September 14, 2011 Share September 14, 2011 I want once at PIE toward tuas in morning 7am. I was in first lane, driving 100+km/hr. Second lane way quite a lot of car. Out of sudden, a TP subrau from second lane filter to first lane and tailgate me. I slow to 90... but he highbeam me... as second lane got no space for me to filter in, i speed up; up to 110+ for a while, before a space let me filter to second lane... then the TP sped off.... This simply proves that the "laws of the road" is not to keep within the speed limit, but to keep the traffic flowing. If the traffic is clear in front of you, please don't think it's your damn right to hog the first lane at 90km/h (or 70 in the tunnels). Either speed up, or stick to the slower lanes. ↡ Advertisement

questionedfish Clutched September 14, 2011 Share September 14, 2011 LIKE. but it won't happen here, because firstly, our mata wont tailgate. secondly, our mata could well be the slow car in front!
Tigerwoods Turbocharged September 14, 2011 Share September 14, 2011 In Singapore Lane 1 is not Fast Lane but Overtaking lane. A road system that is basically do not work anymore. The Expressways should make it compulsory for Lane 1 and 2 to maintan 90km/h. Lane 3 should be 90km/h for Cars and the limited speeds according to the Vans/Trucks ** ** actually such vehicles should allow to add +10km/h from current speed limit - ONLY on Expressways.
