Tom_kkh 1st Gear September 14, 2011 Share September 14, 2011 so in such case, if front car brakes and the tp knocked into him, whos fault? i think the tp is stupid to tailgate, he got every right to ask the road hogger to move without doing such risky move. he is encouraging ppl to tailgate. smart TP? not to me... but hell it was nice watching though

Since it's a TP, you can bet the blame will be placed on the hogger. Good job too. Braking hard without reason is also dangerous driving. i think the tp is stupid to tailgate, he got every right to ask the road hogger to move without doing such risky move. he is encouraging ppl to tailgate. No, he's scaring the sh*t out of a roadhog. Another good job. Edited September 14, 2011 by Turboflat4
Civic6228 6th Gear September 14, 2011 Share September 14, 2011 Just met another "Road Hogger" on CTE this morning ..... a P plate Toyota grey ALTIS ..... Just passed his driving test, should know that Lane 1 is for overtaking and not to drive at 70km/h (Below the speed limit). And the worst part, lane 1 is cleared and he is hogging the road..... WTF

WTF fine the hogger but plz don tailgate. i have seen tailgate accident b4 and it is ugly. every driver thinks they are super alert and best in driving skills. i think those die in tailgate accident also thought the same. Koko 4th Gear September 14, 2011 Share September 14, 2011 this is a good method to freak road hogger..... I want once at PIE toward tuas in morning 7am. I was in first lane, driving 100+km/hr. Second lane way quite a lot of car. Out of sudden, a TP subrau from second lane filter to first lane and tailgate me. I slow to 90... but he highbeam me... as second lane got no space for me to filter in, i speed up; up to 110+ for a while, before a space let me filter to second lane... then the TP sped off.... If it's a genuine reason, sure. But good luck to the brake-testing roadhog who tries to play punk with the TP. Police are almost always considered more reliable witnesses than the lay public in a court of law. Meaning that if the TP didn't see a cat, then the court will assume there was no cat. And excuses like "migraine" are just dumb - the roadhog better have a prior documented medical history, etc. In this particular case, my sympathies are completely against the roadhog, so I don't care if sh*t happens to him/her. And if he/she tries to be garang and brake-test a TP, then all the better - let's see what consequences he/she can expect. (Note that I'm not advocating that lay users take the law into their own hands like this and tailgate roadhogs. Because if sh*t happens and the roadhog brake tests you, your position becomes indefensible. But the TP can do it, and they get the benefit of the doubt, so more power to them if they want to tekan roadhogs.) Lay users shouldn't try this, but if any TP is brave enough (like the chap in the video), then "Great job!" is what I say.
Mecontle 1st Gear September 14, 2011 Share September 14, 2011 EVERY DAY I WILL SEE A P PLATE SLOW HOG LANE 1 AT HIGH WAY , P PLATE NO BALLS TO SPEED BUT THINK HIS OWN DRIVING IS FANTASTIC EVEN BETTER THAN OTHERS
