Which shop to go?

Should go for glossy, matt or CF type?

Appreciate feedback.

[crazy]

What car you drive? glossy black would be nice but very very common. if family salon car then IMO not encourage,

Are you sure ? 4 to 5 yrs down the road, his shop maybe closing down ? (Was it "G-Concept" ??) U shouldn't believe them if you're smart enough as gloss painting ways better.

Ubi shop quoted S$120.00 to wrap top using Oracal products. Guarantee won't affect paint work when want to remove in 4-5 years. [dizzy]

??

Can try wrapping yourself, it's not that difficult to wrap the roof. 1M of Oracle stick only for $6.50, for roof at the most 2 meters only $13. Get the spatula tool for stickers only at $2. Total damage $15. ^_^

its not that easy. may spend more $$ DIY if the wrapping is done incorrectly

Roof is alright, difficult ones are bonnet, bumper, so on..roof should be the easiest part to due to flatter surface. If do wrongly at the most another 4m of sticker. Still much much cheaper than doing it outside. Furthermore, experience gained from DIY is priceless, you might even DIY yourself again. [laugh]

Use the spatula for stickers, soap water spray and hair dryer should be a good job liao..

heat canot escape out of the wrapping, more heat trap on the roof = inside the car.

but the good about it is only car wash , easy to clean.

Just respray it black.

If you go for wraps, the glue will eat into your paint and cause rust in future when you remove it.

Heard this from those spray paint workshops.

[laugh] [laugh] [laugh] best joke of the year..... sticker's glue will eat into paint n make the car rust.......
