The main reason is our friend was thinking that he could cash out his private and stay in a HDB, since the income ceiling has been raised. Wah...all the cash flashing in his mind..... Suddenly, his cash rich dream went up in smoke when he sees the 30 months thing. So start to kpkb lo. Like that I also want to kp leh. I don't work...zero income, zero cpf, but stay in condo which is very expensive for a zero income earner leh. Since my income is zero, surely I am entitled to HDB better than anyone else....can HDB let me buy a HDB flat quickly and sell my condo immediately? yup. EC after 5 years wil auto privatise. sounds like the dream deal for the writer - pocket profit and continue to live in condo but too bad the scholars are stil abit smarter than him haha!
