WTB: Cheeze powder

Seems like everywhere is selling cheese flavored stuff.

KFC got cheese flavor chicken.

macdonals got cheese flavour fries.

Moon cake also got cheese flavors.

Just today...saw DoubleDecker cheese flavour corn chips.

 

I am addicted to anything cheese flavour.

Thinking of making cheese rice and cheese flavour bread for my kid during the school holday next week.

 

Anyone knows where to get these cheese powder? Who are the suppliers in Singapore?

Not the shreded cheese...but powdery cheese that goes into the KFC n Mac, etc.

Is dehydrator like my clothes dryer?

I will experiment with my Kraft slices of cheese today.

Hope it can dry out the cheese in an hour or so.

Then put inside the blender to powderize it.
