0:09 shows altis in lane going straight-up or right turn...

trajet should have slowed down...but driver did signal

if altis graciously slow down to allow trajet move to centre lane ...accident can be avoided as well

The altis was in front of the trajet, if not side by side, at all times (in the video) and might not have seen the trajet's signal.

The trajet IS 100% at fault for attempting to go straight in the Right-Turn-ONLY lane.

The trajet is 99% the idiot.

The altis already speeded up to, signaled to cut in. The altis did not wrong till thi point.

But the idiot trajet selfishly do not allow that, and instead speeded up and wanted to cut in front of altis!!!

At the turning point...the farker trajet still refuse to slow down to allow the altis to cut in....knowing full well that trajet itself is going to cut out to the left.

Classic idiot caught on tape.

Thanks for the video!!

Confirmed Singaporeans are selfish drivers.

TS. U realise trijet probably checking side view mirror for ur car so he can cut into ur lane thats why never see altis :P

Plus i don't think according to the position the trijet can see altis's signal lights. Does altis have a side signal light?

both at fault.

trajet 90% fault oblivious and not giving way, fail to read and follow road markings

altis 10% fault, poor anticipation and lousy judgement.

accident totally avoidable.

fine altis $100

suspend trajet licence 2 yrs and fine $5000 to cover loss of time and money for civil service.

Signal doesn't mean you have right of way.

Yes, Altis could have avoided collision if he practised defensive driving but Trajet is 100% at fault.

Actually.. trajet confirmed at fault coz he did not follow through the turning. Quite obvious that he was either trying to go straight at the junction or change to an outer lane mid-turn... either way, the Altis already braked once in attempt to let the trajet go ahead when it started signalling, but the trajet didn't take it.

Trajet TOTALLY at fault... in the wrong lane, can't switch safely, just make the "wrong" turn and figure the way out later... this won't be reported to the TP and even if sent to the TP they would not be doing anything about it... i believe they are too busy handling too many important cases...

Bro how come Altis 10% fault? His lane clearly shows straight and right turn, while the Trajet has a right turn only lane and attempting to go straight. [:/]

said already, poor anticipation and judgement.

an experienced driver will always watch out for stupid ass-holes like that trajet and not turn side by side with him. especially the trajet already proved to be an assho-le moments earlier.

so i mean altis's fault is not traffic fault but an inexperienced driver's fault.

ok maybe he shouldnt be fined, but a more experienced driver would have been able to avoid this.
