Toovo1985 Clutched August 31, 2011 Share August 31, 2011 Hurricane Irene left a trail of flood and destruction in the United States of America, but still, many had to work hard to help people in need. This national guard put his own life at risk as he was driving a truck on the flooded streets of Manville, NJ. Everything in name of the United States of America Man, remember...cars are not submarines ↡ Advertisement

Trebuchet Neutral Newbie August 31, 2011 Share August 31, 2011 It's also very likely that they didn't dare to stop. Moving forward is the only thing keeping their engines and air alive, like sharks do ... I only wonder how they can see where they are going!

Good-Carbuyer 1st Gear September 1, 2011 Share September 1, 2011 Second truck should not start to enter the flooded road before the first truck ford through. Now they got themselves to blame for the copycat trucks drowning. Hope there was a third truck on higher ground to tow them out. Both air intake and exhaust tailpipe need to be above water level for the vehicle to ford safe and sound.
