Inconsiderate , lazy brainless driver

This proton waja of Sxx 7177T was spotted parking along side of the road at CGH roundabout causing a great obstruction to oncoming vehicles , shuttlebus ferrying elderly , handicaps as well as ppl fetching wife off work like me. Just how inconsiderate can driver be???? No brains . Clear cut vehicles like the shutter bus will not be able to pass causing huge jam!!!! Wtf !!

IMHO, what happens on the road, settle on the road. My way = Horn until that person lose face.

this happen at CGH, a hospital. Not surpose to use your horn.

but on the other hand it might be a urgent case that he sending someone to hospital or he is having a explosive diarrhea
