Curry Chicken Recipe (Singapore Style )

 

Ingredients:

$1 curry paste from market

1 can of 5 fl oz water

2 tbsp canola oil

4/5 pieces chicken thighs/drumsticks

2 potatoes/ onion/ carrots

dash of salt

1 pkt coconut milk

Directions:

1. Heat oil in saucepan on high heat.

2. Add potatoes, stir fry for 5 mins. Remove from pan.

3. Brown chicken for 3 minutes. Set aside.

4. Fry the paste till u see red oil, add meat and potatoes

5. Fill one empty can with water, pour into pot and bring to boil. Add milk.

6. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are done.

 

l'm so cooking curry this sunday!
