I need the chair for my bag!

I was at a pub at The Sail on Friday evening, after work. The pub is quite crowded, and the empty table which my friends and I found had one chair too few. I went over to the table next to us where there was a vacant chair. I asked politely if the chair is taken, and guess what the answer was...

 

"I need the chair for my bag!"

 

WTF!!!

Erm, if they are using the chair for the bag already, they dont have to hand it over.

You can try telling the pub staff that you are short on chairs.
