erm, if her flat is gotten before the either "HDB or private rules", and more than 5 years on record. then it's all legal.

 

as a citizen of Singapore, she's entitled to the 99 lease of the HDB flat. what she do to it after is not breaking the law.

 

though she can be fined for not updating her address (if that info is taken from data on her IC).

I made a rough calculation.. She bought in 2007.. Her paper profit could be touching $200,000,000 now base on cmv... Imagine in 2007, all she needs to come up with is 10% of 226million which is 26mil... Use 26 mil make 200 million in 4 years

 

 

u assume she made an ave of $2.4m per unit?? keppeland not so goon as to underprice until liddat lah. tink the fig is more likely ard $24M-$33M for the whole block, not $200M.

Nope....but the guy on my right bought 3 units in my development. The guy on my left even better....he bought 2 PHs and a 3 bedder to rent out, but stay in a 2 bedder next to me.

 

And they paid cash for all their units.
