But no power steering :o hahaha

I like the 2nd and 3 rd generation Accords too... after that gen I dont seem to like them anymore

Karter u must start a thread on `list the cars you've owned before'

I remember the 2nd Gen Accord had quite similar overall body profile as the Bluebird at the time (just my personal impression). I like the deep/big windows of the 3rd gen... [:)]

Will be good to have such a thread as you mentioned.... not sure it has been done before? [:)]

My very first mod was an 'extractor' installed by a ICT fren, all in about $400 and the mid range torque improvements were very obvious..... back in those days when engines didnt have ECU, just carb/distributor... [:p]

Do you consider adding a $8/- air filter, a (DIY) modification? A little noiser for about 10% better FC. Or within $100/- Cold Ram Air Intake (DIY). Noiser with better accelerartion, but could not recall if that was when the 28.83km/L achieved along local roads.

My first mod is to head down to tyre shop to change to grippy rubbers and then after that, drive down to workshop to change my brake pads. [:p]

your steps seem to be in the correct sequence, which is what I am adopting nowadays whenever I can.

tyres + brakes should be the first step before we tweak the stock engine setup...... [thumbsup]

after this, what do you think should be next? ...... [:)]

I would go for suspension and IHE. And then so on and so forth. Final step should be ECU tuning or piggyback (after everything is completed).
