Icedbs Turbocharged August 8, 2011 Share August 8, 2011 When do you reckon property would finally drop? I'm interested in a new launch tentatively out next month. Only 30 units. Should i wait? I am not sure of your objective of buying a property, but generally, I don't think this is a good time to go into properties especially when property prices have gone way too high. When will the price drop? Only GOD can answer that correctly, but base on analysis, I estimate by Q4. There will be still increase in Q3 because although volume may drop due to the poorer sentiments, there will be some seller who will look for final suckers to buy at even higher prices before the whole thing turns down. But then your dev. only has 30 units. So it is up to you on how badly you must have a unit since it may not be often for subsales due to such a low number. I am not a financial adviser, I am not a prop. agent, I am just a pro trader.....so you decide yourself.

Someone should just blast that printing press into shreds and debris.

Icedbs Turbocharged August 8, 2011 Share August 8, 2011 http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Moodys-expla...set=&ccode= This is a great joke from Moody. The main reason why Moody didn't downgrade is because Mr. Buffett owns Moody . So do you dare to downgrade US and cause your employer to lose market value? Wt_know Supersonic August 8, 2011 Share August 8, 2011 triple A but negative outlook ... it's an oxymoron statement, isn't it? isn't a downgrade means things are going south = negative outlook ? or moody will only downgrade it when s--t hits the fan like lehman collapse when it's rating was triple A
Icedbs Turbocharged August 8, 2011 Share August 8, 2011 (edited) triple A but negative outlook ... it's an oxymoron statement, isn't it? isn't a downgrade means things are going south = negative outlook ? or moody will only downgrade it when s--t hits the fan like lehman collapse when it's rating was triple A Very soon, Moody will look like a fool standing alone after Fitch goes with S&P. I am watching CNBC most of the time and just a few hours ago, one of the CNBC host (a senior guy) said that how could a country like Liechtenstein could get AAA but US only a AA+ from S&P?? I was appalled! I was just waiting for him to add Singapore in as well......because we are just as small in size and also has a AAA I think that's the problem.....they still think US, because of its size and power, still owns the best financial system and anyone who downgrades them must be wrong. This pride of theirs is the downfall of the Americans. Edited August 8, 2011 by Icedbs
Strong Neutral Newbie August 8, 2011 Share August 8, 2011 (edited) Dow Jone drop 634 points to 10809points last night. This is 5.55% down from previous day. Lucky today Spore no trading. But come Wednesday, STI will be down again. For the next 6mths, the market is very unstable. Need to monitor and go in at the right time. My investment strategy will be: * buy 20% of my total investment fund when STI come to 2700, * another 35% when it's 2600 and, * bal 45% when it come to 2400. Hopefully the profit can allowed me to buy an COE Edited August 8, 2011 by Strong
