Complimentary per entry carpark tix

Not sure if i read it wrong, but i was given a $3 complimentary per entry carpark ticket, but was charged $6 at exit. Cashcard was deducted $3.

 

so am i charge wrongly or assume they printed wrongly on the ticket?

 

Carpark charges:

$3.50 for 1st hr, $1.50 for next subsequent 1/2hr from 7am to 9pm

Most likely, you had fully inserted your Cashcard into the IU prior to exit and that's why amount was deducted from your Cashcard value thru IU.

You should have remove your Cashcard prior to exit / inserting the Complimentary ticket into the EPS systems.

my cashcard was removed and i was charged a total of $6 excluding that $3 per entry tix.....

Last time got one card like this from thomson medical centre also. I think it means you have to pay $3 to park there. No matter how long you park. So your cashcard got deducted $3 is correct.

example u go Mandarin Gallery..the per entry charge is $6..but the concierge gave u a $3 complimentary ticket..so the charges is still $3

This is an English problem and not a maths problem...

"$3 complimentary per entry" means they give u a discount of $3.

If you want 100% free, u need to find a ticket that says "Complimentary Parking".

Did u follow the instructions on the ticket?

 

Usually it says to remove yr cashcard b4 u near the gantry. Then u slot in the ticket n Wallah, the barrier wil open.

juz a guess, maybe the $6 is a combination of rate parking and per-entry parking?....e.g. if per entry parking is $3, but u parked for 1 hr b4 the per-entry timing starts, then u incur charges for tat 1 hr of parking AND the per-entry parking charge.
