I said you will see a slow down in property prices in Q3 and a reversal in Q4. People ask me how I know......I lazy to explain....not you like you guys pay me for analysis. Now you guys are slowly seeing it. I don't think it will be a recession, at least not for now, but things are definitely slowing down It's all in the charts.....if you guys bother to study that, it is already apparent 2 months ago. Nay, I have nothing to prove in this forum, is it so important if a character here is a maestro on women and sex anyway? and besides I had happily assumed the role of chemmie78 and admitted I am him in the other threads already.
