the mfr FC cannot be trusted.

 

Those are their perfect test condition and the test specification is also on test track.

 

The FC for my Estima hybrid based on mfr figure is 20km/L for highway, and 15 km/L for urban.

But no matter how I try, I keep getting around 13-14km/L

Even cruising at NSHW I get 14 km/L at best.

 

May be we should take their worst figure and discount another 20-30% to get a more realistic FC for our roads here.
