Relagsingh 4th Gear July 22, 2011 Share July 22, 2011 ...to hang flag With National Day looming ahead, PAP grassroots leaders have been going from door to door persuading and sometimes even begging residents to hang the Singapore flag. Block 340 at Choa Chu Kang Loop facing Lot 1 has Singapore flags hung along the common corridors at every level while few flags were hung in the surrounding flats. According to a resident Bernard Tan, the PAP grassroots organizations have employed Bangladeshi workers to hang the flags along the corridors while grassroots leaders 'harassed' the residents by imploring them to hang the flags. "The PAP lapdogs came to my house and offered to hang the flag for us. My dad ask them to F**K off," he wrote. The Temasek Review Emeritus (TRE) has earlier received a tip-off from a reader staying in Hougang Street 91 that he spotted a Bangladeshi worker hanging the Singapore flags along the common corridors late into the night. Netizens have also observed that the National Day banners and billboards this year contain unfamiliar faces in addition to the 4 major races in Singapore to include the newcomers from India, China, Philipines and elsewhere. Due to the PAP's ultra-liberal and pro-foreigner policies, foreigners now make up 43 percent of Singapore's population. Of the remaining 57 percent who are supposedly citizens, an increasing number are born overseas like PAP MP from Malaysia Dr Janil Puthucheary. Other new citizen PAP MPs include Foo Mee Har, Inderjit Singh, Irene Ng, Khaw Boon Wan and Dr Lily Neo. When asked how he is going to celebrate National Day, Mr Tan retorted: "I am going to bring my entire family to JB. What's there to celebrate? This country has gone to the DOGS. Let the PAP cronies and the foreigners have a mass orgy together!" Have you hung the Singapore flag yet? How are you going to celebrate National Day? Join our Facebook page here. Ahtong 1st Gear July 22, 2011 Share July 22, 2011 During NDP they must beg you to put flags. Bring a flag and pole to Malaysia Cup and they confiscate it. Even patriotism must be managed

SimonTan 2nd Gear July 22, 2011 Share July 22, 2011 (edited) My neighbor last time hang the flag pass the national day period. Kana warning from RC to take it down, if not will fine. What's the point when only national day period then citizens are allow to hang the flag....while other times its illegal to hang or show the flag on our flats. My mon wanted to buy a new flag each time national day comes. On going for the past five year. I told her to give me the flag money, and I come back home with a packet of vegetarian noodles with popiah and the crispy Zai-Er. I told her feed the stomach better....flag...just use the old faded one we bought long long time ago. I guess tomorrow when I go back to my mum place...she will again pass me the money to get a new flag... I think tomorrow I will get her one packet of cat mountain durian instead! And then help her to hang up the old faded flag outside her corridor. Edited July 22, 2011 by SimonTan
Greatbirdlegend 1st Gear July 22, 2011 Share July 22, 2011 sad state of this country. unfortunately we still have ruling party totally clueless or totally don't care about this dangerous situation. we have so many disengaged citizens that it's going to be a major problem, if not already so. blaming these citizens is so much easier than looking at the real problem in the mirror.
