Anyone knows which shop buys\take in ROlex watches for a decent\reasonable price ? Thanks, and dont suggest pawn shop cos want to sell only.

There are so many buy/sell Rolex shop.

1) Fortune centre

2) Far East Plaza : BJ watch

3) Funan centre : Passion

4) penisula/Chinatown : Peng Kwee

thanks. didnt know there is a rolex forum as i am not into it. just happen to own one and havent wear for long, so thought of selling and buying a new one. i will check out the forum. off hand do you know whats the url btw ?

if not, go to chinatown shops and nego gao gao [thumbsup]

Peng Kwee will chop chop you....ever bought from them before....bad choice....I went to this shop called Dayona at Katong Shopping Centre and got a good deal, the guy used to work for AD and can also service the watch....

noted mate. i understand dealers have to earn but too ridiculous a price also cannot la..

They are famous for it so don't really need me to say, 2nd hand rolexes have good value so find a good one that can negotiate a good price....cheers!

not much, in my opinion. $2500 - $3000 thereabouts.

depends also on availability of box and papers.

thats what i estimate also too, as i bought it at about $2k some 17 years ago. yes, with box and cert and receipt. actually if this price i may not sell it, just keep it for sentimental value. i had wish that the value may appreciate significantly to fund a new watch, in the region of about $10k.
