I don't mean to be rude but your statements are clear as mud. Do you have any evidence to prove those statements? So what if you can stall a manual car - the question is whether you drive one safely to avoid an accident. I saw an accident on the way to work today; a taxi rear-banged a saloon. Both drivers were male (judging from the exchange outside the cars). Would that prove that your statement wrong? Yes if I based it all on ONE observation. Unfortunately it's not always like that. To be very specific, women are extremely weak in the spatial awareness function of their brain. Unfortunately driving need a lot of spatial awareness skill in estimating distance and speed. Guys are way better in spatial awareness because guys genes are evolved from the historical ability to hunt down other animals for food which of course, need spatial awareness skill. F1 knows it, so no women. Airlines knows it, so they have extremely difficult test for pilots which test their spatial awareness, hence only 6% of all pilots in the world are female. But why motoring body around the world doesn't know it and still use the same road test to pass drivers? Can one road test able to tell the spatial awareness of a person? Of course not.....and hence all the dumb accidents all over the world. It is high time that they need to use driving simulators to further test spatial awareness. If they do that, perhaps like planes, you have only 6% women drivers on the road. you are so damm right abt spatial awareness. in a game of golf, female players had problems looking at where the ball is flying to, and judging the distance to the pin..... a simple example of spatial awareness talking about female pilots. I took Jetstart to HK before and i was shocked to hear a female voice claiming to be the pilot. my hairs got stand up. Luckily nothing happened. Acemundo Supercharged July 18, 2011 Share July 18, 2011 (edited) This shows that their so called ability to multitask is a load of horse sh;t. erh different type of multitask la women can talk on phone, paint their nails and watch tv at same time and the quality of these 3 tasks are not greatly compromised. i tried doing 3 things at one go, end up most times either i don't register a lot of the details of what is said on the phone or the details of the tv program being played. driving car type of multi tasking is different because it is more to do with the coordination of the hands and legs with the visual, which woman generally scores lower with spatial visiualization and the wiring of their hands and legs to take the signals of the brain and eyes is not very direct.
