Delrosa81 Neutral Newbie July 13, 2011 Share July 13, 2011 Hmm....I heard that stuttgart motors quite stuck up? wun entertain you if you wear a lok c--k berms into the showroom? Actually its not the attire that matters but rather the individual's outlook and also the way he/she carry themselves. Some ppl dress up so nice and formal but u see the face is those not successful look and giam chai face and the body language of the person tells that he/she cannot afford such cars, etc. There are those that no need to dress up but they have the boss look and their body language is so good that such sales people rush to serve them. Yup! you are right, I guess I don't have the boss look and face then....lol....so never mind...I still happy driving my B & B car...as long as got enough space in the back seat for some rubbah rubbah! Anyway, there are also very rich men who prefers normal cars, the famous ones being buffet and the ikea boss...to each his own...I will not look down on a person who doesn't drive car or drive a normal car but I may look down on a person who try to boast about what car he drives and put others down

Im just speaking in general. Sometimes its the attitude of the sales stuff. What I was trying to say is that Sales staff normally look at the person's outlook and body language. There are many ppl without the boss look and face but they are very rich. So Sales Staff should always try to serve everyone the same so as not to miss out on sales. And yes ppl who like to boast and put ppl down are losers. Nothing wrong with a B & B car, I also driving a B & B car, so long we are financially comfortable, we live a happy life can liaoz. :)
Viceroymenthol 6th Gear July 13, 2011 Share July 13, 2011 (edited) Hahaha what is giam chai face? Is it like the comedian Mark Lee? When i walk into any shop, the sales people rush to serve me. I don't think it is because i got big boss look or look rich. I think it is because i got CHAI TOW face. AlexToh13 Neutral Newbie July 13, 2011 Share July 13, 2011 Ever since I was taking bus / MRT, I have fantasized about the Ferrari. I like the beautiful head turning looks, the powerful performance and the sexy red colour. I could imagine myself looking so good riding one. Unfortunately I had only loose change so I can't even make it past the showroom doors. I tried my best and worked very hard hoping to make enough moolah but still failed by a long shot. In fact I probably cheesed off the Ferrari saleslady with my unwanted stooging around the showroom. So I downgraded my expectations to a Porsche. Still a very nice car and won't lose face in front of my friends. Although I could just about afford it if I ate only bread and water, the showroom staff don't even bother to serve me. Feeling very tulan, I flirted with the idea of just importing my car directly from overseas. Although some have gotten nice rides cheaper this way, there are many horror stories about about lack of aftersales support and the car not adapted for local conditions so I gave it a miss. So now I am just driving a bread and butter car, no different than those annonymous thousands packing the roads. Thinking logically, I should be very grateful to be driving a relatively fuss free and affordable car. A reliable machine that don't give much trouble even though it will never win any car awards. In fact, there are people older than me who still haven't gotten their first car yet. But in my heart I still yearn for Ferrari, especially when one zips by with a fat, balding creep inside. What makes him so special? It should have been me. Feel the same but prefer the lambo instead
