Yup.... The senario is this.... If at the last minute, the landlord decide to ask for a very high amount, POSB LL have to pay as they have to inform customer, worst if they have safe deposit boxes....

This is nonsence thread. They are upgrading the the road with wider flyover and underpass. The so called ' renovations' were merely works to keep it open in the meantime.
