Thinking of becoming a part time ppty agent

I am seriously comtemplating such a move.

 

But it has to be part time. So i am thinking will doing it part time reap any substantial gains (if any at all)?

My day job is not too busy at the moment

 

Any thoughts?

Yes, but one of the prerequisites is that you can't be an idiot. I don't think you qualify.

Looking at the surface you would probably think that you are going to make that much too.

 

The ST article showcased 7 real estate agents:
