When I am old and retired I dun mind a service position in this line. because by then should have difficulty finding other jobs.

 

some of the jobs aren't easy, cleaning room, folding heavy bedsheets, clearing soiled mattress......... They need energetic people.

If so, the best employers are those that announced they would read the identifiable responses of their employees.

We have all the time surfing mcf but most very unhappy, whining and complaining all the time....

their pay is the lowest, but its not unheard of where their director are rised from the rank of fontline casher.

 

their staff training and career advancement is great.

 

if you got the chance to be with one of their director in some of those training (by adam cool??) where mixed company one. heard from them. you will be impress by mac management.

the starting pay of bain is closed to 7 plus (couple of years ago) for a fresh grad. Huge increment plus bonus, u travel business ard the world as a management/strategy consultant. Fancy hotels and yes, you get to further yr studies to get yr mba (paid for...if i am not wrong)

 

After a few engagements lasting a few months, u are encouraged to take a long break of 2 months to relax. Anytime u can go on sabbatical to do the things u want. You get to request for transfer to different offices ard the world....paris, london, ny...

 

More importantly, a few years in Bain will typically "cast" yr resume in gold...with that u can basically go to any company that u want....so hell yeah, bain is definitely a great employee!

 

I wish i am working in bain....

Companies with a big number of minorities of a certain kind tend to have better working environment as they are not very competitive, have low expectations and paid lowly.

 

So if you want to be a good employer, you know what to do.
