Hi everyone,

 

I am a second time offender. Got caught just 3 days ago. I saw the URA people at my car looking into the windscreen and taking pictures. So I went aside to wait, feeling very scare, since its my second time.

 

After 2 hours waiting, I went to my car and just admitted it was tempered and passed the coupon to the cisco wardens.

 

The last time I did this and was caught was more than 5 years ago. Since then I have not done it until recently very lazy to top up coupon since hardly drive, and now kena this.

 

For my first time, attend court was exactly the same as the people here post.

 

I dont know about second time. I call URA and one say its max fine and one say may be jailed, so I really dont know who to listen to. I have not yet receive the summon yet.

 

Has anyone who has been caught second time before kindly share your experience and enlighten me?
