Recommend u to check noise levels during day and weekends. I had a unit facing the basketball court at The Pearl @ Mt Faber and the container trucks going to PSA is one reason I decided to sell it. Them trucks operate 24/7 even during CNY!

 

But wow psf @ 2k now?? When I got mine which is a 2 bedrm unit at The Pearl it was only ard 600psf back when it was launched.

Yup was at the launch of The Pearl years back but did not get it. Ended up getting a unit in RV.

 

The prices these days are really ridiculous. $2k psf can land you a unit in RV and Mohd Sultan area. I don't know what those purchasers were thinking. The agent told me more than 70% units sold!

 

I think the noise will come mainly from the flyover. Was there during a weekday afternoon and its really quite alright.

Foresta average ard 1600-1800 psf. Those 2000 psf ones are shoeboxes.

 

You need to get above 3rd flr to clear Fragrance hotel and the flyover that is right in front.

 

Or you can take those facing the hill.......but I am sure there will be insects at night.
