IU position

Does anyone know how to move by DIY the position of the IU from the upper slot to the lower one? This applies to the newer slimmer IU. Tried pulling but the thing is not moving. Wanna move cos cannot see the value due to glare. Thanks.

I see those guys installing solar films just use bare hands to hammer off (including the rear view mirror). I donno how they do it though. Super fast!

Thanks. But I actually just wanna adjust the position of the IU from upper to lower slot. I dun wanna move the mounting on the windscreen.

If I'm not wrong, there is a locking clip at the sides of the holder.

There are 2 parts. Yo could forcifully pull out the IU, and there is also the bracket.

 

Use a sharp and fully extended pen knife to slice through the double sided tape.

 

Be careful when handling sharp penknife.
