Its shape suggests it is a Japanese bomb. The bombs used by the Allies were more stubby.

Regardless of who drop that bomb, why would someone wants bomb another country to kill is the key. History is to be remembered so that future generations will know what is right and wrong.

For NSF  posted to engineers formation, EOD (36 sce) was considered most desirable in terms of more risk allowance pay without having to wear mopp4 all the time like 39 SCE to be posted to compared to other engineer units like field (30 ), bridging (35),armor (38)and gas mask (CBRE) engineers (39).
