Getting receipts at ERP carparks

Good day all MCF forumers,

Would like to know if it is possible to get a receipt for those shopping centre carparks operated by ERP?

I am having an event at Vivocity and as you know, that is a ERP (or EPS) to be precise carpark where I pay using cashcard in the IU. I need to get a receipt for the parking charges to claim the charges from my company.

I didn't really notice if at the exit gantry, is there any machine where I can press for receipt and a receipt pops out?

Anyone able to advice?

Thanks and enjoy your weekend!

go to dbs atm >> cashcard transaction>> print transactions

pay $0.20 for it but to me hell lot more convenient than trying to reach the damn receipt counter

I can't show the receipt for topping up cashcard because I only can claim for this one off event.

It probably shows that the use of technology is so advanced that now I am having problems in finding a receipt as proof of transaction.

What I am thinking is

1. Slot the cashcard which I used for payment into the ATM machine and pay 20 cents to print the statement. Of course the 20 cents has to be at my own cost. Take a highlighter and highlight the transaction.

2. Ensure my cashcard ID is registered on that NETS website service and after the event, come home and log on to the internet to print that transaction record.

I will have to check if they allow me to claim this way, or do they need the time in and out of the carpark. It's so troublesome having to avoid audit check issues.

They said it is more work to submit claims for parking coupons if I park at Seah Im because I must submit so many coupons. So the EPS carpark is the way to go.

And no doubt, this is the first time I need a receipt for my parking too!

Keep your replies coming in please. Meanwhile, I shall drop an email to Vivocity management for advice.

If i not wrong. U take out the cashcard from your IU. Then at the gantry, insert cashcard and there is a print receipt button. Most of the shopping centres is like that for those who wanted receipt.

yes shouldnt be a problem, most if not all EPS has a station to allow drivers to get a receipt... of coz if receipt run out or no ink (yes i ever encounter at Nex when launched) then LL... some is on the same station as the cashcard one else it is a meter or so ahead of the station with button to print the receipt

I recalled in my ex-co, someone had a cashcard reader linked to PC. With this reader, you can print a statement of transaction for reimbursement claims. And can also top-up the cashcard online with this reader.

Neutral Newbie

there is no need to take out ur cash card. WHen the barrier is raised up, press the button for receipt and wait for the receipt to print. The barrier will remain up until u leave.

Dear all,

Thanks for your replies. Now I have a peace of mind. If the machine no paper or run out of ink, then I think I can only blame my luck.
