Timex1441 1st Gear June 17, 2011 Share June 17, 2011 I can't imagine paying so much for a number plate....even the rich ppl might think twice abt spending $80K....or am i wrong abt the rich ppl mentality? http://www.sgcarmart.com/used_cars/info.ph...595&DL=1000 ↡ Advertisement
Youaredie Clutched June 17, 2011 Share June 17, 2011 Wah! Never saw something so siao for damn long.... The justification for the number plate is not strong at all, much less the car type. Good luck to him.
Yeobh 4th Gear June 17, 2011 Share June 17, 2011 We need alot of this type of people in Singapore to keep the economy on the move.
Naruto13 Clutched June 17, 2011 Share June 17, 2011 its more of whether the number is worth 80k for a number larger than 1x. even at 80k, if a person can buy a million dollar car, what is 80k for the new car.

Timex1441 1st Gear June 17, 2011 Author Share June 17, 2011 indeed a unique number. if i really really rich then mayb i'll buy. wont get this type of number easily. i think there's a latest craze abt the numbers combining 3 and 7....(maybe sounds like "sang" and "kee", as in growing energy or going up)....otherwise, most towkays won't be willing to spend $ on this kind of number but will stick to the usual numbers involving 6 and 8, rite? EasyGoing 2nd Gear June 17, 2011 Share June 17, 2011 I think the price is high because of the prefix "E" which is from the 60s and not so much for the no. "37"
Zenson_ong Neutral Newbie June 17, 2011 Share June 17, 2011 "E37T" is from jan 1972, not fron the 60s. Anw, it is not worth so much. Maybe only about 30k-40k.

13177 Hypersonic June 17, 2011 Share June 17, 2011 $80K can buy a car!
Shiraz 1st Gear June 17, 2011 Share June 17, 2011 I think the price can be justified Firstly, now it is SKA / SKB.. way before this you can get EX bla bla bla, which is only 2 letters. Go back a few years, it will be only 'E'. How many 'E' are still available? Even if they are available, are they for sale? I think to some dialects in Chinese, 3 and 7 are lucky numbers right?
