careful.. I got a penalty mail because one of my cheque never made it to addressee. 

lucky the penalty mail came. if it got lost or delayed.. then really screwed by singpost gao gao.

If that's the case, then yes. They have been consistent. hahaha.

My side, I think they changed postman or route change. Used to get mails before 12noon. Now its 3-4pm then get mails. No problem with my mails, so far so good. Thou, not much paper mails actually, mostly small packages from online shopping. Most of my bills all went paperless.
