Best haircut and facial

hi all

 

i have never gone for facials before and i have always been going for cheap hair cuts

 

however i've decided to go for good facials and good haircuts from now on

 

anyone can reccommend me any good quality places preferably in the east?

 

oh btw i'm not expecting the same place to provide quality facial treatment and haircut just in case some get confused
