Hi bros. Am driving a 2006 EX Sunny. Recently noticed my wiper water runs out every 2 days after i fill it up. Just tried again just now and noticed after filling the water drips out.Any workshops to recommend fixing this? or any DIY methods available?

Thanks

Neutral Newbie

yes it is. remove the right wheel house liner and bumper. I dont think its sealable using easily available adhesive like epoxy or silicon cause its made from a poly material. Only adhesive i know that can adhere is from loctite.

I think the water tank is the easiest to remove.at most two bolts.

It would be cheeper to get putty to patch up the hole.

Hmmm.....I have never filled up my washer water since one year ago. Only used the washed like 3 times for the past one year. Will check mine later as well.

Thanks bros for your info. Taken apart the wheel lining thing and discovered the leak was not from the tank but from the component the the bottom of the tank. Some electrical thing zzz so i dont think i can seal it or something. Most likely have to change the elecrical thing

What's the component at the bottom of the tank?

Pictures would help.

Otherwise, just go scrapyard get a cheap replacement and d.i.y.

The 12volt water pump?

Perhaps it's the rubber gasket between pump and water container is leaking?

Do check carefully....don't waste money unnecessary.
