My lancer ex has this warning lit at the console, beside chopper c&c is there anywhere reasonable priced workshop that can help me.

Quite often ABS warning light come on n u can try to do a soft reset 1st n see if it goes away.

 

If it keeps coming back, send to a reputable mech to check. Most ws now hv the diagnostic tool to read yr ECU or maybe just sensor dirty or connection loose.
